What we collect

The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, your company name, your e-mail address, your message, and which enquiry type you selected (New business, Send CV, or Other).

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or any other tracking on this site. Nothing is collected from you unless you choose to fill in and submit the form.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry. That is the only purpose. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processor named below.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, which receives the submission and relays it to Ellio by e-mail. Their privacy policy governs the handling of the message in transit. Once it reaches us it sits in our e-mail, held by our mail provider.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months from our last exchange with you, after which it is deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

Your rights

If you are in the UK, EU, EEA or Switzerland, the GDPR gives you the right to:

• ask what personal data we hold about you (access)
• have inaccurate data corrected (rectification)
• have your data deleted (erasure)
• receive your data in a portable format (portability)
• object to our processing of it (objection)

To exercise any of these, e-mail hello@ellioagency.io. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. It stores exactly one value in your browser's local storage, ellio-loader-seen, so the opening animation plays only on your first visit. That value never leaves your device, is not personal data, and is not used to identify or track you. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

Because we set no cookies and run no tracking, there is no consent banner on this site.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Ellio Agency OÜ, a company registered in Tallinn, Estonia under registry code 16822313, VAT number EE102992841. Estonia is in the European Union, so this site and the handling of your data fall under the GDPR.
